Often enough to stay useful and consistent — not so often that you are just making content to make content.
There is no magic number.
You do not need to post a new video every day, and I do not think most small businesses need to chase some crazy content schedule just to keep up with an algorithm.
I would rather see you make one useful video a week than five videos nobody really needed.
The better question is: how often can you consistently answer the questions your customers and prospects are already asking?
For a lot of small businesses, that might mean one good video a week. For others, two videos a month might be enough.
The goal is to build a library over time.
If you create one useful video every week, you have more than 50 videos at the end of the year answering real buyer questions, explaining your services, handling objections and helping your sales team.
That is a lot more valuable than posting constantly for three weeks and then disappearing.
Consistency matters, but usefulness matters more.
