Start with the questions your customers already ask before, during, and after the sale.
Start with the questions your customers are already asking.
What do they want to know before they call you? What are they confused about? What objections come up during the sales process? What do you find yourself explaining over and over again?
Those are your video topics.
You do not need to sit in a conference room trying to come up with “content ideas.” Your sales conversations are already giving you the ideas.
Talk about pricing. Talk about process. Talk about common mistakes. Talk about what makes one option different from another. Talk about who your service is right for — and who it is not right for.
The best business videos usually help someone make a better buying decision.
If a question comes up regularly in a sales meeting, there is a good chance it should be a video.
That is how you stop creating random content and start building a video library that actually helps sales.
